Meredith devoted all her professional life, as a clinician or a researcher, to Whole Person approach and integrated healthcare. She is a passionate health professional who strongly believes in equity, equality and social justice! She has an attitude that allows her to believe in herself and others! She is an empowering leader and sees micro management as a major flaw in organisational development. Her passion in social justice and ecological systems theory guided her in the study of the most disadvantaged population of homeless families in Sydney through the 'New Public Health' lens.
