(ES)Responsible for environmental and hydrogeologic/geologic aspects of consulting projects in the solid & hazardous waste industry. This included ‘cradle to grave’ consulting services including identification of future projects from municipal and local government sectors, marketing to these sectors, proposal development, corporate interviews to win the project, report development, permitting document development, technical writing, modeling and document compilation. Examples of specific projects performed include: 1) Solid Waste Management Projects such as landfill siting studies; master plans; recycling studies; ground water monitoring plans, geotechnical investigations, ground water assessment studies; methane gas monitoring plans; sanitary landfill permitting documents and reports; construction and debris landfill applications; land clearing & inert debris facilities; transfer station studies; 2) Hazardous Waste Management Projects such as ground water studies related to jet fuel spills at airport facilities; Superfund sites; brownfield redevelopment sites; 3) Projects such as abandoned gas stations; active as stations; and buried storage tanks at commercial businesses. (PM)Responsible for proposal development, interviews with prospective clients, and contract development upon award of the job. Following award, establishment of a project budget, developing the project team to successfully accomplish the project, executing the project within the confines of the contract, looking diligently for opportunities for change orders and amendments for any and all out of contract requests or requirements by the client. This entailed detailed and meticulous note taking, record keeping, and, coordination/communication with members of the project team, management team, and client. Upon completion of the project, was responsible for gathering and performing client satisfaction surveys to assess the performance of the project and the satisfaction level of the client.
