As a Doctor I was responsible for providing full and comprehensive standard eye exams, glaucoma exams, diabetic exams, and contact lens fittings including specialty contact lenses such as scleral lenses, gas permeable contact lenses, and hybrid contact lenses.As a technician I am responsible for performing scans of the anterior and posterior segments of the eye which include the use of the Optovue OCT for retinal and corneal scans. I am also responsible for Visual Field testing and all Retinal Fundus photographs taken. I also maintain the equipment and train all new employees.
