I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, mood, ADHD, developmental, affect, adjustment, and parental struggles across the lifespan. I am dedicated to providing the most current and effective evidence-based interventions, focusing on CBT and DBT modalities. Outside of my private practice, I supervise interns and residents. I have published in the areas of childhood and developmental trauma, Asian-American mental health, parenting stress, and suicide. Workshops and presentations include topics such as stress management, parenting, Asian-American mental health, and managing anxiety.
