Biomedical engineer of electronics with a strong background in medical physics, electromagnetic stimulation, nonlinear analysis of electrophysiology signals, and complex systems dynamics (with a Magisterium in biophysics and Ph.D. in Neuroscience) with a business background. As an experienced researcher in cognitive neuroscience and neurology (20+ yrs of experience), I merged my understanding of electronics engineering, AI, and biophysics applied to neuroscientific innovations, like electromagnetic stimulation of the brain, early detection of neurological and psychiatric disorders (computational psychiatry) and modeling in human physiology. I am a curious and analytical mind connecting different fields of research, with an entrepreneurial experience interested in the translation of research innovation for digital tools and solutions in health. Currently, I am working on the further development and clinical validation of digital twins for transdermal fentanyl treatment including various forms of mass transfer in nonhomogeneous systems and understanding of omnipresent fractal features of human physiology. The interaction of biological tissue and electromagnetic fields is also an important interest, particularly in noninvasive therapeutics and interventions. I am also a start-up creator and scientific communicator (with years of lecturing experience), multidisciplinary-oriented, highly driven, and passionate about bringing change in clinical diagnostics and treatment.
