My goal is to help students achieve success in their academic careers by assessing learners and using creative teaching strategies. My academic research combines academic and practical experience, applying lessons learned from Albert Einstein's famous quote: "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow; the important thing is not to stop questioning." Last but not least, I am a goal-oriented trainer with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as an experienced business consultant who served as the managing director and business owner of a pharmaceutical company and a well-known Italian franchised restaurant in Egypt, where I gained fifteen years of experience and invaluable lessons in supervising, training, and improving human resource and organizational development. In addition, I gained knowledge about compliance, personnel communication, workforce initiatives, and change management.
