I am a retired civil servant having thirty three years of uninterrupted experiences with the Government of Bangladesh. My area of interest and expertise include Public Policy, Public Finance, Human Resources Management, Expatriate Workers' Welfare in general and Capital Market in particular. I worked as local counterpart of an Asian Development Bank (ADB) mission for Strengthening Capital Market in Bangladesh immediate after first debacle in the market in 1996. Later, I completed my education on Capital Market in the University of Birmingham, U.K. and Washington International University , U.S.A. to obtain MS and PhD degrees respectively. I am still young and energetic if I am offered to work in the field of my interest and expertise with satisfactory working conditions and environment .
