MOHAMMED SHAREEF was born in Iraq . He received the higher diploma in building and construction engineering in 2001 from the University of Technology , Baghdad, Iraq. Since 2002, he has been with General Directorate of Northern Electricity Production, Ministry of Electricity, Iraq. He received his master's degree in construction engineering and management in 2013 from SHIATS, Allahabad, India. He received his PhD degree in construction management in 2018 from School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430074, Hubei, China.
