1. Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial poultry farm with over 50,000 birds2. Supervise and train farm personnel in areas of biosecurity, vaccination, feeding, and animal welfare3. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations4. Monitor and control farm inventory, including feed and supplies5. Implement farm production plans to achieve targets in egg and meat production6. Maintain accurate records of flock performance, egg production, feed consumption, & costs7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies8. Prepare and present reports to management on farm operations, performance, & financial results9. Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to maximize profitability
