Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jamil Khan® brings with him more than 30 years of academic, research, administration, capacity building, professional development, project management, new establishments, community service, HR, and IT skills experience into the field of higher education, research & development leadership. Being DEAN Faculty of Pharmacy he got good liaison with the accreditation and monitoring bodies and councils of the country. He is the architect and founder of the University of Lakki Marwat, Directorate of Distance Education, Model Campus, Environmental Science Program, Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC) at Gomal University and Gomal University Distance Education Study Centres (GU-DESCs) throughout Pakistan. Dr Jamil is a team player with significant experience in project designing, coordination, organizational development, human resource management, finance & budgeting and system development for public sector universities. He has excellent leadership, interpersonal, listening, presentation and written communication skills with analytical, decision-making & problem solving ability. He is an enthusiastic and professional Soil & Environmental Scientist with extensive national and sufficient international academic, administration, conferences/workshops organization, research, publications, projects funding & execution, establishment of new institutions and foreign/university-industry collaboration experience. He can build and maintain great relationships and trust. He can demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects from conception through to successful completion. Even under significant pressure, he possesses a strong ability to perform effectively. He feels excited to lead and enjoy being a part of a successful and productive team.
