Supervised overall R&D function (AD, FD and QA) as Technical Head and lead a team of total 40 scientists including 5 DGM. The key activities included cost effective and timely R&D development of generic parenterals (including high potent and lyophilized products) for clients from regulated markets. The responsibility included team building, competency enhancement, project monitoring and ensuring robust QMS.

Headed Controlled Release Injectables Lab. Key research interest included complex injectable formulations for regulated markets i.e. Depot Injections, Liposomes and sterile suspensions/ nano dispersions
