N.SURESH KUMAR I am a professional in the field of HRM with 34+ years of experience having exposure to CSR and Safety functions and with a mix of Corporate & Plant experience. Academic credentials are BSc, Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from School of Social Sciences & Management, Agra University in 1988, PG Dip. in HRD from Pondicherry and completed PhD in Human Resource Management in 2022 from Amity University, NOIDA.  Besides, during the course of my career, I am certified in ‘Competency Mapping and Assessment’, ‘Psychometric Instrument in HRD & OD’, ‘Competency Based Interviewing’, ‘Hogan Assessment’. I have worked in quite a few geographical spreads in India and in public sector and private sector organizations like NTPC, JSPL, LANCO, JSW Energy and I am presently, in JSW Infrastructure as CHRO since Sep 2021 and based at Mumbai.  All my roles have had experience in managing HR Processes and Systems of large workforce, conceiving and steering HR Transformational-cum-Developmental abilities. Besides, I have good exposure in Industrial Relations including dealing with Unions & entering into wage settlement. I like taking up challenging roles and interacting with people across hierarchies with openness and a forthright approach.  I am a Lifetime Member of NHRD, NIPM, SHRM and have been a panellist in HR conclaves, and a guest faculty in a few management institutions such as Amity International Business School, IIM-Lucknow, UPES-Dehradun. I am also a Corporate Mentor in NDIM, Delhi. Also received awards and accolades from World HRD Congress, Sharda University, UPES-Dehradun, Amity University.
