Dr. Nancy Lough Email and Phone Number
Dr. Nancy Lough is Professor at UNLV and founding director of the Intercollegiate and Professional Sport Management master's degree program. She has expertise in women's sport, higher education, sport marketing, corporate sponsorship, leadership development and creating gender parity within sport organizations. Studying women as sport consumers and women's sport led t the publication of her 2019 book the Handbook of the Business of Women's Sport with Andrea Guerin. She is also the co-author of the Handbook of Sport Marketing Research with Dr. Bill Sutton and has numerous scholarly publications. Dr. Lough was the first woman to serve as President of the Sport Marketing Association and the only person to serve second term as President. She also served as the Editor for Sport Marketing Quarterly and the Director of Marketing for the UNLV College of Education. She holds rank as a full professor at UNLV. Prior to UNLV, Dr. Lough also served as a sport management faculty at the University of New Mexico, Iowa State University and Kent State University.
