I am an accomplished educator, avid researcher, and enthusiastic industry professional with over 20 years of experience in business analytics, finance, and supply chain management. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Finance from Delhi Technological University, an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Cambrian College, and an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Fleming College. I’ve been honored with multiple teaching awards, including the “Best Teacher in Management” and the prestigious Valedictorian Award at Fleming College in 2023.Currently, I serve as a full-time Professor of Business Analytics at Niagara College, delivering impactful lessons in business analytics, data visualization, and research methods. My previous roles include teaching positions at Conestoga College, Fleming College, and Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) in India, where I mentored graduate students and co-supervised Ph.D.-equivalent research projects.I’ve trained over 200 professionals through my consultancy, ResearchLytics, where I specialize in Python, R Studio, and Excel for data analysis. I have also delivered Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and Management Development Programs (MDPs) for corporate training. With over 40 research publications, most of which have been published in prestigious ABDC/Scopus-indexed journals, I remain actively engaged in academic discourse. Also, I have reviewed papers for ABDC-listed journals with reputed publications. My work in operations research has been included as a reference book in the curriculum at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India. Additionally, I authored a book on commodity derivatives. Beyond my academic and research accomplishments, I hold certifications in Carbon Literacy, CIFFA, and Python for advanced data analytics.
