Determined to make her students excel in all their future endeavors, Dr. Wilson has kept a keen focus on adding value to her students’ knowledge. To further aid in this, she has utilized pedagogical approaches to deliver thought-provoking and engrossing lectures that have effectively increased students’ interest and performance levels.Currently working for Columbia College in the Business Management Administration program as an esteemed Adjunct Business Instructor and a Business Instructor at Career Technical Institute in the Medical Office Professional program, Natasha’s teaching expertise include and not are limited to Management theory and practice, Business law and Business Enterprises and Corporation, Business Communication, and Business and Commercial writing, etc. With a doctorate in Business Technology and an MBA, she holds substantial experience as a Business Management Instructor, allowing Natasha to redevelop several courses in alignment with the institute’s curriculum.To further aid students with their academic growth, Natasha has applied innovative and interactive teaching methods to make the classroom environment more engaging and encouraging. For this, she has created detailed skills workshops as a Professional Workshop Development Instructor for faculty and students to facilitate participants in refining leadership capabilities, building confidence, defining academic and personal goals, sharpening communication skills, increasing financial literacy, and providing guidance regarding College preparation activities.Natasha's time as a Ph.D. researcher offered her the platform to interrelate her passion for research with her experience of teaching young adults. For her Ph.D. dissertation, Natasha contributed to the field of Business Technology by focusing on digital communication methods for managers and employee relationship development. This study aimed to explore the experiences of managers born from 1946 to 1964 while keeping in mind the digital communication channels in daily work practices by conducting qualitative research.
