About Dr Nathan Castle

Dr. Nathan Castle is a Clinical Psychologist who incorporates principles of Value Based Healthcare via Evaluation and Deliberate Practice to improve mental health treatment for clients. He is the Director of Psychology Outcomes. A data-driven Private Practice in East Geelong which evaluates client outcomes and provides feedback in real time. He provides consulting to organisations on how to use data-driven methods to improve client value and reduce over-servicing. His role as Chief Science and Evaluation Officer at NovoPsych allows him to support professionals and services to do data-driven work in their own practice via a comprehensive digital platform for outcome measurement. As Faculty at the Deliberate Practice Institute he provides coaching and training on implementing Deliberate Practice into professionals work to improve client outcomes. He is passionate about sharing these values with organisations to positively impact mental health treatment. He provides Research and Evaluation Consultancy to statewide Addiction and Trauma Services.
