My name is Naveed and I am a Founder of Zwittermer. My technology is to convert commercially available polymers into super charged electroactive polymers. These materials can be used for plastic electronics, such as capacitors, actuators and sensors applications. Other applications could include electroactive fabrics, packaging, medical and conductive coating and heat shield. I was part of the ICURe Programme 2024 to promote this work and find suitable partnerships.I am a highly skilled scientist with academic and industrial experience. I have previously founded my own company as a Technical Managing Director for over 9 years. I have also worked in the UAE (10 yrs) as an Associate Professor teaching chemistry and subsequently worked in the chemical industry as a Technical Research and Development Director for the construction vertical.My invention of the plastic magnet led to polyaniline showing ferro magnetic behaviour and was subsequently published in the Polymer Journal and in New Scientist 2004 editions.
