In order to fully automate the sanitation systems, the characterization of mixed microbial communities in engineered biological systems is necessary. I have worked on the development of a robotic platform to demonstrate algorithmic optimization of microbial growth conditions as a rational alternative to empiric trials.

Developed software to enable control of belt wrapper and deflector table positions on recoiler 1 and 2 via proportional control valves on GEM80 PLC.4. Did a full survey of all steering units, both inductive and camera type, on CAPL to ensure that operation and calibration is within manufacturers specifications. Developed preventive maintenance regimes for all steering units on CAPL and create safe working procedures in the SWP database.5. Contributed to the upgrade of the Fix32 mimics with newly developed screens using iFix 5.0 SCADA system based on Tata Steel standards.6. Developed and upgraded Ferranti mimics with new SCADA screens using iFix 5.0 interface, as part of the Ferranti removal project. 7. Successfully migrated the S6000 to Eurotherm T103 controller for Turbo alternator 9.8. Developed an effective and efficient alarm handling system based on EEMUA 191 standards in the BOS plant to ensure safer and more cost-efficient industrial operations.
