Nermeen was born in Cairo, Egypt., She obtained The Bachlor of Science Degree (1989) at Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, University of Helwan - Cairo, Egypt. She passed with honours in programs of Education, Methods of Teaching and Training, Kinesiology and Methods of Research during her Faculty Study. She received a High DIPLOMA from the Higher Institute of Islamic Studies in (1995). In (2000), she received a High DIPLOMA of science specializing in sport injuries from the Faculty of Physical Education for Men University of Helwan. In (2004) Nermeen has achieved her MASTERS Degree by thesis, with highest honours, specialising in sports physiology for her thesis " The Biological Parameters of Egyption Female Soccer Players ", Her hypothesis was the first master's degree of its kind in physiology and morphology for women players, In (2008) She received her DOCTORATE , Nermeen has achieved her PhD degree by thesis, with highest honours, from Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Univesity of Helwan at Cairo, Egypt Thesis Title " A Comparative Study of the Effect of Using Some of Teaching Styles in Physical Education Lesson Upon Some Skill Performance Level and Motor Skills for a Secondary School Girls ", Dr. Nermeen has been teaching “ Methods of Teaching and Kinesiology ” at Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, University of Helwan at Cairo, Egypt from (2006 - 2008). She is a Referee in Handball in (May 1989), A Football Referee since (1999 - 2010), A Bentaball Referee since (2006 - 2011). Dr. Nermeen Farouk among the first women assistant refrees in Arab Football, " I am so proud to when I was have been the first Egyptian Muslim veiled woman to assist a referee, assisted in the Egyptian Football Federation (EFF) women's league from (1999 - 2010). My journey with football began when I started watching football matches when I was in England from (1990 - 1992). In (1999), I started my first match.Specialties: In (2009) I was honored by the head of the National Sports Council Hassan Sakr with the sport Legion. I have participated in more than 50 scientific conferences from (2002 - 2011). I am a scientific lecturer in the EFF, also a member of the Egyptian Futsal Federation, In (2010) I became an observer. I received a license to monitor football matches "and I observe my first matche in Cairo only two mounth before traviling to Waco,Texas, U.S.A from (July - Sept 2011).Dr. Nermo of Egypt⚽👑National Football Referee, Lecturer in Egyptian Football Federation 2006–2019, National Football Commissioner 2011–2022, CAF Commissioner 2016–2018.
