Dr. Kelly is a coach and trainer at engage2Learn. Her experience in public schools includes serving as teacher, reading specialist, assistant principal, principal, literacy coordinator, curriculum director, and assistant superintendent. Neva has also taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at Texas State University and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.Dr. Kelly's experience and education has allowed her to develop expertise in the following areas:• Literacy acquisition and development • Alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment • Structured literacy instruction • Lesson design and planning• Response to intervention• Data analysis to inform instructional decision making • Comprehensive Needs Assessment • Increasing college and career awareness and readiness• School and district leadership
