As an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering with over a decade in academia & working with industry for 8 years, I am committed to foster innovative learning methodologies and pedagogical approaches. My journey has been enriched with diverse roles, starting as a Project Engineer at Shri Hari Construction and a Design Structural Engineer at Paramount Limited, where I honed my skills in project management, construction consultation, and building code compliance. Transitioning into academia, I served as an Assistant Professor at both Vadodara Institute of Engineering and currently at Navarachana University, where I designed and delivered comprehensive civil and structural engineering courses.My educational journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from SVNIT, Surat, where my research focused on "Seismic Performance and Fragility Assessment for RC Building Frames Considering the Effect of Geometrical Configuration." My passion for research extends to seismic performance assessment, structural analysis, and sustainable construction materials, as evidenced by my contributions to peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.In my teaching philosophy, I prioritize innovative learning stratergies to enhance student engagement and comprehension. By integrating practical applications, interactive sessions, and real-world case studies, I aim to cultivate a dynamic learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among my students. Moreover, my active involvement as a nodal officer for engineering admissions under ACPC and participation in admission and outreach teams reflect my ongoing commitment to shaping the future of education.My current role as Director of Admissions and Outreach at Navracahana University has provided me with valuable experience in shaping the future of higher education through strategic admissions practices and effective outreach initiatives.
