As a Community and family Medicine specialist, I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of communities and families, especially in the areas of mental health and adolescent well-being. I have gained valuable skills and insights in public health, health policy, and communication through my work and education.I am currently a Project Scientist at St. Johns Research Institute for an ICMR Centre for Advanced Research in Epidemiology (ICMR CAREP) project. Having completed my Doctor of Medicine - MD degree in Family and Community Services at AIIMS Rishikesh, where I have received multiple honors and certifications, such as the ICMR Financial Support for MD thesis and the Basic Course in Biomedical Research. I have also completed a Management Program for Medical Professionals - Clinician X at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where I learned about business administration and management in the healthcare sector. In addition, I have worked as a Project Intern at NITI Aayog, where I collaborated with senior consultants on various domains, such as national organ transplant program, health insurance, and non-communicable diseases. I aspire to contribute to the development and implementation of effective and evidence-based policies and programs that can enhance the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in India and beyond.
