At present, I am working as Assistant Professor in Department of Neurosurgery, AIIMS Bhopal . As a highly dedicated neurosurgeon with a solid foundation in both clinical practice and academic research, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to the mission of excellence in education, patient care, and research. I hold M.CH Neurosurgery from AIIMS Jodhpur and Fellowship in Skull base Neurosurgery from PGIMER Chandigarh where I received comprehensive training in all aspects of neurosurgical care, including complex procedures, trauma management, andminimally invasive techniques. With over 5 year of clinical experience in neurosurgery, I have successfully treated a diverse range of neurological conditions, including brain tumors, spinal disorders, vascular malformations, and traumatic brain injuries. I am adept at employing advanced technologies to optimize patient outcomes. My research endeavors have resulted in 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals. I have also presented my work at national and international conferences, contributing to the advancement of neurosurgical knowledge and innovation. I have a passion for education and have actively participated in teaching medical students and residents throughout my career. I have been actively involved in quality improvement projects and clinical innovations aimed at enhancing patient safety, optimizing surgical outcomes, and implementing evidence-based practices in neurosurgical care.
