I advise in particular in the field of intellectual property law, especially in trade mark law, copright law, and unfair competition law.In doing so, I am regularly involved in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of intellectual property rights and the protection of trade secrets. A focus of my work is in the area of digital business models, in particular in relation to IP law and expression law issues of platform liability and platform regulation. In the context of my out-of-court work, I am frequently involved in advising on all IP-related issues in connection with licensing and distribution agreements, marketing strategies (with a focus on competition law, including in the area of "green claims") and M&A - transactions.
