My expertise encompasses strength and conditioning, load management, recovery modalities, and, of course, sleep optimisation. Having managed teams of multi-disciplinary professionals in elite sport, I have recently transitioned to the world of real estate, where my transferable skills in performance management, team work and communication are being be used to drive success in business. 🧠 Through novel research, I've contributed to the development of sleep and exercise strategies, that recognise the unique physiological and hormonal factors that influence sleep and performance in females. The findings from my doctorate degree have not only improved athletic performance and wellbeing outcomes but have also contributed to improving the way in which we research, coach and educate female athletes.😴 Sleep is a universal experience, and I am passionate about educating ALL athletes (the sporting kind, the corporate kind, the parenting kind, the student kind) about how to enhance sleep and optimise circadian rhythms to boost health, wellbeing and performance.
