Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar, Director-GNIT College of Management,Greater Noida is a seasoned academician, scholar and institutional leader having over 22 years of an illustrious track record in Management Education. Dr. Pankaj Kumar has been the Director-Academics of HLM Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad. His career includes rich experience in the field of academics and managerial practices. He headed the department of Management at Greater Noida Institute of Technology (MBA Institute) for several years. Dr. Kumar worked as the Programme Coordinator at Sriram Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida.He is a master in English and Economics from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He has done his B.Ed. & M.Ed. from CCS University, Meerut. He earned his MBA in Marketing & HR from Uttar Pradesh Technical University,Lucknow and did his Ph.D. in marketing from SVU. Having more than two decades of experience in Academia and Corporate, Dr. Kumar is credited many research papers published in National and International Journals to his name. Author of Five books, an excellent orator and an insightful leader, Dr. Kumar is skilled in teaching, training, liaison, managing HR functions and general administration. He is an expert in psychoanalytical tests and has conducted several workshops. He has taken several sessions in FDPs, MDPs and Seminars. A regular speaker at national and International level, he has been the convener of various Seminars, Conferences, FDPs, MDPs, EDPs and Conclaves at various Institutes.
