Dr. Parag Thuse, a medical doctor, is a corporate trainer with more than three decades of expertise. He has a bachelor's degree in Ayurveda and a master's degree in Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy. He has completed specialist yoga for musculoskeletal disorders training (MSD).He has created and delivered training programmes that combine seminars, lectures, and practicals to help people become more effective through better health and happiness. His training courses have been presented to employees at all levels of the firm, from shop floor workers to top management. He has worked in a variety of industries, including automobile companies, educational institutions, information technology companies, government departments, public sector undertakings, banks, and insurance companies, among others. He has also created custom-made approaches based on Yoga, Modern Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Ayurveda for each individual. For the past 20 years, he has also worked as a Personal Counselor, Aurved Doctor and Yoga Trainer for a variety of professions and HNIs.He is Founder Director of Swastha Yoga Kendra ( SYK ).
