Service in the Armed Forces was an outstanding learning and developmental opportunity. Important appointments held:* Commanded a unit in operations, * Teaching faculty in two Army officer training institutes.*have been a member of a service selection board to select potential Army officers.After retirement as a Col at an early age, switched over to academics as a faculty in a Management institute. In the leadership role, I made a significant contribution in the following:*implementing innovative practices in teaching, placements, research and student development. The institute was accredited with the best grades and certifications.* enhanced the credibility of the institute amongst all stakeholders through excellent results, placements and employee satisfaction.* Dean faculty of management * tenure of 3 years as a Controller of Examinations, in a newly set up University.* As the Registrar of a NAAC grade A+ University.Currently, I am responsible for Learning and Development vertical as a Director in Chitkara University, Punjab.
