Viridi is a renewable energy group mainly active (i) in the development of renewable energy projects (PV, wind and batteries), (ii) in advisory services in the technical and financial area and in (iii) in the development of large scale green hydrogen projects. Within our group we have realized turn-key construction for nearly 100 PV projects with a total of 300 MWp. We have successfully developed close to 1 GWp of PV projects. We understand to adapt our projects to local necessities and are able to deploy solutions like Agri-PV to solve the conflict between PV and agriculture.Viridi nowadays has a development pipeline of around 13 GW with a strong base in Spain, USA, UK, Italy and Colombia. There are further activities in Germany, France, Eastern Europe, Peru, Mexico, Honduras and some African countries together with development partners. Other markets are under observation. Additionally we have started the development of green hydrogen projects in Spain of more than 700 MW for delivery of hydrogen or derivates (we mainly focus on e-Methanol) to Germany. Larger hydrogen projects in other regions are in the initiation phase. Viridi is founding member of H2 Global and part of the refuel project in Baden-Württemberg.We work together with institutional investors, family offices and other type of investors for which we provide RTB opportunities or joint investments. We soon will inform about a new initiative where we aim for maintaining ownership in more assets. For the time being we only hold some smaller assets of several MWp in selected countries.The team of more than 100 persons is mainly based in Germany and Spain. Offices are also located in USA, Italy, Mexico and Colombia.Our shareholders are important industrial families from Baden-Württemberg that greatly support our group. Ralos new energy GmbH was founded in March 2012 and took over the assets of former Ralos and in Q4-2013 the PV power plant division of German Würth Solar. The company is active in the following fields of photovoltaics: project development, engineering, financial structuring, construction, operation. The company is also active in storage, hybrid power solutions (PV together with diesel or other fossil fuels) and energy efficiency.The company at the moment is realizing projects in:- Honduras- France- UKAdditionally in the following markets/ regions Ralos new energy has development activities or is actively looking for projects: Spain, Mexico, Peru, Nicaragua, MENA, Djibouti, different other African countries.Ralos realised turn-key construction of more than 100 MW during 2014-2016 and has a pipeline of more than 1,5 GW mainly with exclusive rights or under own development.
