Developing 300mm wafer-grown 2D materials, an advanced channel node at Exploratory logic program, IMEC-Belgium. Postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania advances my curiosity in 2D Optoelectronics/Photonics and Atomic-scale electron microscopy (STEM). Demonstrated history of working in the research industry, specialising in multiple fields: Large-area growth (CVD & MOCVD) of 2D materials, Thin-film depositions (e-beam, Thermal and Sputtering), Engineered thin film fabrication, Transfer techniques, Cross-sectional TEM specimen preparation (plasma-FIB), High temp diffusion of 2D layers, Device patterning (e-beam litho and plasma etcher). Extensive experience in in-situ S/TEM analysis of 2D materials while heating or flowing liquid. Regularly use multiple analysis tools, modelling applications (like COMSOL), Analytical Skills, LabVIEW programming, and Data plotting.Completed PhD from IIT-Mandi, India, mostly focused on 2D materials growth (custom-made CVD), Defect engineering and Optoelectronics applications.
