My company, Engineering Project Kits, is developing Australian designed and manufactured: • Training Equipment - for skills acquisition in the Digital Systems, Robotics and Automation industries, • Training Resources and Trainer Training - for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) pre-apprenticeship courses:• Certificate II in Electrotechnology and• Certificate II in Integrated Technologies; To provide VET in VCE School and TAFE students more engaging and future skills relevant projects and solve the current problems of:• Low enrolment and dismally low completion rates (1/4 or less) of these students,• Low rates of young women entering engineering career paths, and • The future tech jobs skill shortage
