As a nursing leader and educator with over 16 years of experience and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, I have a passion and a mission to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities affected by substance use disorders. I bring this passion and mission to my current role as the Vice President of Substance Abuse and Addiction Programming at Apple Rehab, where I oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based and patient-centered programs and services.In addition to my clinical and administrative skills, I have two certifications that demonstrate my commitment to excellence and continuous learning: Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) and Certified Med-Surg RN (CMSRN). I have also been recognized as one of the Top Ten Nurses of Fairfield County in 2016. I value diversity, equity, inclusion, and collaboration, and I work with multidisciplinary teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met and maintained.
