I was tasked with managing the support and incident log and follow up the status of any incidents with the support team to give a pro-active identification of any problems before they escalate.I was responsible for monitoring client environmental data for potential issues and also chemical management in the for of the upload of the CEFAS Chemicals list into Tracker to keep up to date with regards to chemical expiry dates and substitution warnings.
