As a EMS Specialist I am primarily responsible for the management, promotion and support of Tracker. My role requires that I;o Maintain a sound understanding of issues relating to the management of Environmental Data to facilitate knowledgeable discussions with clients and the Tracker team by:• Identifying standards bodies in the legislative area• Promoting Best Practice for environmental data management• Familiarisation with existing legislation, awareness of new legislation • Monitoring legislative environmental change and implications for Trackero Create & maintain customer procedure & process guides for Tracker and integrate them to clients existing environmental management systems.o Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations and environmental policies.

As the Account Manager I am primarily responsible for the delivery and support of Tracker to the Oil & Gas community. In particular fostering the relationship between the company and the customer as well as handling any projects, accounts or issues relevant to the client. including acting as the first point of contact to existing customers for all support requests. This involves understanding the nature of the environmental report being submitted and assisting the client to meet the deadline as set by the department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) to the Electronic Emissions Monitoring Service (EEMS). My role included project managing new implementations and training for customers by:• Developing and co-ordinating project schedules with customers for implementation and training• Managing the project team in accordance with the project schedule and budget for the successful and timely implementation of the Tracker Product/s and necessary training• Conducting effective progress evaluations

As an Environmental Information Analyst for Tracker my key roles and responsibilities included managing the registration of facilities, wells, permits and associated environmental data as required. I was tasked with managing the support and incident log and follow up the status of any incidents with the support team to give a pro-active identification of any problems before they escalate.I was responsible for monitoring client environmental data for potential issues and also chemical management in the for of the upload of the CEFAS Chemicals list into Tracker to keep up to date with regards to chemical expiry dates and substitution warnings.
