Experienced Sustainable Development and Integrated Natural Resources Expert and Tutor with a demonstrated history of working in the agri-environmental services industry. Skilled in Sustainable Development, Environmental Issues, Biodiversity, Environmental Awareness, and Natural Resource Management. Holds a PhD and MSc in Agriculture/Agronomy - with a specialism in tropical crop production and soil management - from the Peoples Friendship University in Moscow, Russia. He is the 2019 Semi-Finalist of the MIT's/Climate-Colab's Climate Change Development Pathways for developing countries competition. He has extensive postdoc experience in climate science (Global Carbon Fluxes) and agro-forestry at Kings College London and the Soil Science Department of Reading University, respectively. He has worked as a SEDF/UNDP sponsored technical adviser to the government of Sierra Leone and served as a honourary advisor to the Coalition for Rainforest Nations (153 nations) in the UNFCCC process where he contributed greatly to the shaping of REDD+ policy. As a formidable climate negotiator, he has served as a member of the delegations of some Least Developed Countries in the global climate change summits. He was a member of the African Group of Negotiators in the UNFCCC Process from 2009 - 2012. He is also a strong education professional with a PGCE (FE) focused in Education, Teaching and Training from the University of Greenwich. He founded AGRIENVIRON as a sole trader in 1993 while working as Postdoctoral Research Scientist in Kings College London and had the firm incorporated in 2004 as a limited liability company.
