Mr. Phanuel Mweene has more than 14 years of extensive experience in development work with wide knowledge of various donor expectations, programmatic and training management. He has demonstrated commitment to community-based partnership in health & education service delivery, with immense ability to mentor office staff, and implementing agencies. He easily acclimatizes to various development program settings having worked with three USAID funded organizations, that is, Family Health International (FHI 360), Development Aid from people to people/Zambia Family (DAPP/ZAMFAM) and Project Concern International (PCI) under Department Of Defence (DOD) project.Mr. Mweene is currently working for Ipas Zambia. He has served in various positions that include, Deputy Chief of Party, Country Coordinator, Provincial Coordinator, National Program manager, Provincial Community Mobilisation Officer, among other positions. As National Program Manager, Mr. Mweene provides strategic guidance and input in program implementation, development of annual work plans, proposal development, analysis of programmatic results, identification and resolution of challenges related to program performance, application of lessons learned and best practices to improve program performance, donor reporting, financial monitoring, and personnel management. He maintains close relationships with in-country key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of activities. He works at national level to provide technical leadership for the Zambia program.
