Recently set up a ground-breaking Occupational Health Training Academy within BHSF, in response to the lack of suitable training options available on the market. Provide leadership across occupational health business; implementing the strategy and managing the business - delivering high quality service to BHSF's clients. Lead the narrative of the business, identifying key trends within HR and providing solutions to our clients on a range of occupational health issues, such as mental health, absence management, presenteeism, plus health and safety aspects.

Founded the company in 1994, before it was bought by BHSF in 2013. Occupational Health Consultants Ltd had medical centres in Holywood (Northern Ireland) and Dublin city centre (Republic of Ireland), and had a proven track record in setting up and managing over 40 health units throughout Ireland. The main difference between OHC and other providers was our commitment to independence and impartial reporting between employers and their employees. With this as our core value, we ensured that our clients have confidence in our decisions and services. OHC supplied a full portfolio of occupational health services to over 400 corporate bodies, with a diverse spread of both public sector and private sector clients all over Ireland. Our services included absence management referrals, health checks and screenings, pre-employment screenings and corporate services (workplace safety regulations etc).
