- 50% Research / 50% Space Systems Engineer (Assembly, Integration and Test Lead) Position- Managed the AIT activities for three cubesat missions resulting in the successful delivery to orbit and in-orbit operation for the entire design lifetime.- Established and managed the Space Research Laboratory at UNSW Canberra, which includes space environment simulation and qualification test facilities. The test facilities have become an integral part of the spacecraft development activities at UNSW Canberra Space and are utilised on an ongoing basis for research and education, and professional engineering projects.- Established Low Earth Orbit (LEO) ionospheric plasma test facility and performed ground-based experimental research into spacecraft/space environment interactions.- LEO observations of cubesats using the Falcon telescope UNSW node in support of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) research, specifically the collection of light curves of LEO cubesats.- Provided undergraduate and postgraduate (Master and PhD level) student supervision and mentoring.
