I am a highly experienced aerospace engineer with a strong background in aerospace engineering and R&D. Throughout my career, I have led spacecraft systems engineering and systems integration and testing programs, R&D projects for innovative microsatellite subsystems, efforts to implement concurrent design engineering workflows and automated testing and verification strategies and contributed to hypersonics and Space Situational Awareness research efforts.I have experience managing and reviewing technology development programs and acting as a technical advisor to stakeholders across academia, industry and government. Backed by over 13 years of experience in space research and engineering, I have developed a unique set of skills and experience in a range of technical disciplines as well as strong leadership skills which allow me to effectively communicate and engage with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups to deliver high-quality project outcomes. My passion lies at the intersection of technology delivery, team building and organisational development acknowledging the fact that, ultimately, it is the people who shape an organisation's brand and success story as their shared values are reflected in the delivered outcomes.
