Designing Vision and Mission of the management department and developing annual strategic plans for the academic year.- Implementation of strategic plans to the top, middle and lower level employees.- Recruitment, Selection, induction and performance evaluation of faculty members of all the twenty four departments of the college.- Conceptual and practical expertise in student’s admissions. Interviewing and counseling the students and parents for admissions.- Coordinator for Seminars & Guest Lectures.- Organizer of Management Development Programs- Coordinator for the Industrial Trips and Field Trips organized for the students- Organizer for all the Social Outreach Programs conducted for Post Graduate Management Students.- Chairperson of the Organizing Committee for National and International Conferences conducted by Department of Management Studies.

Monitoring and facilitating the smooth conduct of classes for 4000 students and 200 teaching staff. Taught subjects like Managerial Economics, Human Resource Management (Training and Development, International HRM), Business Ethics (Ethics in Business, Ethics in profession, Ethics in HRM and Corporate Governance), and International Business for the students of Post Graduate departments. Worked as a visiting faculty in Madurai Kamraj University Study Centre, Pondicherry University Study Centre, and Manipal Executive MBA Programme, Bangalore, India.Responsibilities included:- Chief Superintendent for Bangalore University Examinations. - Organizing mega events like “Gardenia” – Inter-collegiate Competitions.- Organizing International conferences, National conferences, Management Development Programmes, Faculty Development Programmes, and Management Fests in the campus where students and staff members from all over India and abroad participate in various programmes.- Chaired sessions in International Conference where Research Papers are presented.- Conducted various workshops on “Resume Building, Group Discussion, Interview Skills, Team building skills, Leadership Skills, and Attitude Development” to the students of Management Studies.
