Currently working as Head R&D at Capsber Global Agro Private Limited. My role on to product development including biocontrol agent, Secondary metabolites, bioherbicide, plant extract based biofungicide, bioinsecticide and multiple macro, micro and mineral nutrient formulation.I have completed PhD in Microbiology from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University, Bengaluru and I have strong microbiology background with 6 years of biological control research experience from different country top institute such as IITM chennai, CINVESTAV-IPN Mexico and ICAR-IIHR Bengaluru. Published12 full length article and 1 book chapter. Participated 6 different National and international conference. My strength is technical knowledge with world class research exposure which helped me to develop 21 commercial formulations successfully under different category of biofertilizer, biopesticide and biostimulant during my 8 years industrial career.Given Invitee speech at UHS-Bagalkot, ICAR-IIHR and received best stall award from National horticulture fair (NHF), ICAR-IIHR. Contributed best of my part for Natura Crop Care to receive best startup award from state and central government of India. Involved in multilocation farmer training and demonstration programme for biological technology dissemination in Assam, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Tamil nadu and Karnataka through DST funded project.
