At the helm of the Institute for Development and Communication, my focus is on governance reforms that resonate with contemporary challenges in public policy and social justice. With a tenure exceeding a decade , my role encompasses advising on policy advocacy, ensuring the bridging of trust and dignity gaps, and enhancing citizen engagement through strategic stakeholder partnerships.As a member of Transcend International and Altus justice alliance , my competencies in conflict management and the political economy of violence underpin the development of frameworks for community policing and governance reforms. Our collective efforts aim to empower communities and streamline service delivery, fostering an environment of participatory governance and evidence-based approaches to societal change.As academics contributed to knowledge pool for making functioning of democracy more justice oriented and participatory for people living on the margins .And underlined the need for diversity sensitive institutions, political culture and social ethos .
