I have joined Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology (A), Bengaluru on 03-05-2024. Previously, I was serving at Basaveshwar Engineering College (Autonomous) in the department of Computer Science and Engineering from 18-08-2009 to 02-05-2024. My academic training and 15 years & 1 months of experience working as assistant professor prepared me to be an effective researcher, teacher, and instructor in our department. I have 1 year IT experience in Wipro Technologies, Bengaluru.I have received Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi with effect from July 30th 2020. My doctoral dissertation was entitled Design and Analysis of Security Mechanisms for Private Clouds and Dr. Mahantesh N. Birje (Professor, VTU, Belagavi) was my research supervisor. During my research tenure, I have published 7 papers in refereed journals and 4 papers in conferences, there are totally 30 publications in my account.I have 2 Grant Patents and published 6 Patents. Recently, I was awarded the Award of Excellence in Research from Novel Research Academy, a registered enterprise under the Government of India. My research domain includes cloud computing, information security & cyber security and lead campus & professional service activities.A proposal entitled “Anomaly Based Intrusion Detection in Smart Agriculture using Machine Learning Approaches” is selected in Cyber Security Karnataka (CySek Research Development Programme (RDP). I am the Co- Principal Coordinator of the proposal, cost Rs. 14,53,000.
