I matriculated in 2003 with an exemption – merit pass which granted me access to study at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I achieved a Bachelor of Administration degree majoring in Human Resource Management and Business Management in the year 2006, and a Bachelor of Administration Honours degree majoring in Human Resource Development in the year 2007. I have achieved a Masters of Commerce Degree majoring in Human Resource Management the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). I am currently stuyding a Doctorate of Philosophy (PHD) degree in Leadership. I am also competent in ODETDP Level 5 registered with the ETDP SETA which is equivalent to a teacher’s diploma as well as a registered Skills Development Facilitator.I have gained 17 years of mastered knowledge, skills and 14 years of experience from various companies and institutions such as a Richfield Institute of Technology (PC Training & Business College) whereby I worked as an HR Officer that was responsible for 250 employees on the payroll system of 800 employees in total. I also managed/ supervised 12 campus managers with regards to all HR matters; I also worked as a lecturer thus training and developing employees and learners as well as in administration and marketing/sales jobs within the same institution. In 2014, I worked as a HR Generalist at a marine company namely Subtech group which included training and development, Employment Equity, Performance Management, Recruitment and Industrial Relations. Currently, I work as a Human Resource Manager at Ndabase Printing Solutions.
