Recruitment:• Complete responsible for the entire Recruitment process.• According to the company requirement provided most suitable recruitment solutions.• Maintain up to date recruitment progress report, talent database.• Maintain and create a proper relation with various staffing agency.• Responsible for HR interview, negotiate the salary, designing the salary, Breakup salary, Issue & provide offer & appointment letter.• Conducted the campus recruitments.• Responsible for conducting the weekend drives.Induction:• Responsible for implementing the Induction process end to end for all the new joiners in terms of joining formalities, appointment letter, presentations, follow up on documents etc.• Responsible for Induction, Maintaining Employee Database and MIS reports.• Issuing ID card, Employee code, Open the salary account, Form filling {PF & ESIC}Policy Formulation:• Responsible for preparing policies best suitable for the betterment of organization as well as employees.• Developed & implemented various policies & process in the company like Leave policy, Induction process, Exit process, Performance appraisal.• Proactively communicate policies and process to employees.Employee Engagement:• Plan and execute various Employee Engagement activities.• Spearheading all activities related Celebrations of occasions/ festivals and other such initiatives from time to time.• Initiated various activities in the company like cricket team, trekking, and social activity.
