Understanding the importance of quality and accreditation in hospitals, he went ahead to acquire knowledge of NABH quality standards through a course at NABH Delhi, he went ahead to acquire knowledge of Leadership Programme in Building Design and Engineering on Airborne Infection Control By CDC, Atlanta, USA. He is also an internal auditor for NABH and ISO. He is also awarded Honorary Doctorate from World Human Rights Protection Commission, and got lifetime membership from WHRPC.Implementing his knowledge and skills to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of hospitals, Dr. Puneet Kumar Mall worked for 14 years in the field of Hospital and Healthcare Administration. What unquestionably got included in his job role was Operations management, Project Management and Business Development, P&L Management, Revenue Enhancement & Growth Activities which ultimately got added to his proficiency catalog. Some of the most prestigious institutes to whose growth he has contributed include Park Group of Hospitals, Kailash Hospitals & Heart Institute, and Moga Medicity Superspeciality Hospitals in India.
