I am Dr. Durgadevi Rengaraj, Assistant Professor of Food Science and Nutrition with Eight years of experience in teaching with proven track record of successful research projects, grant writing, and teaching. I guided “1” M.Phil research project, “1” TNSCST Student Project, “21” M.Sc Individual dissertations, “4” B.Sc Group projects. I am Skilled in designing and delivering lectures, workshops, and seminar. I am Skilled at developing innovative solutions to intricate problems. I acted as a Inspection committee member for course affiliation, chairperson in the conference, chief guest, delivered guest lectures, and organized various Programs, Especially ICMR Sponsored Two Days International Conference. Area of expertise includes Therapeutic Nutrition, Nutritional Biochemistry, Molecular Nutrition, Food Microbiology, Applied Physiology, Nutrition through Life Span, Food Preservation, Community Nutrition, Nutrition and Fitness.
