Successfully conducted Training on " Improving Productivity of Shop Flour Supervisors" in association with GMA ( Ghaziabad Management Association) on 19 & 20 September 2013 & 41 participants have attended. Completed successfully 3 Days training on " Leadership & Team Building in September (11 to 13) EE, CE and SE of CPWD. 3 Days Training on Strategic Management in August 13 for EE, CE and SE of CPWD.was successfully conducted. 3 Days training on " Emotional Intelligence" in July 13 for EE, CE and SE of CPWD.was successfully conducted. Successfully conducted three days SDP ( Staff Development Program ) for Engineers at L & T Three days Training program on " Managerial Excellence " for EE, SE & Chief Engineers of CPWD is to be conducted on March 4, 5 & 6, 2013 at CPWD Training centre. Training program on " Leadership & Team Building" was successfully conducted. Training program on Emotional Intelligence with CPWD S E's, Chief Engineers, & Executive Engineers in January 2012 was successfully conducted. Recently assisted in organizing of Annual Convention of GMA( Ghaziabad Management Association) on 16 Feb, 2013 at Country Inn. conducted Training Program for Corporate Executives (Middle level Managers) on “Managerial Excellence"Recently ( In July & October , 2011) I have conducted successfully 2 training programs for CE, SE, EE of CPWD on " Conflict Management and Strategic Planning & control I have designed 9 different training programs for top level executives of CPWD to meet their different training needs for the year 2011-12.Specialties: Trainer with WPIL to train workers, supervisors and senior managers. Recently engaged with CPWD Training Institute for trainings to Executive Engineers, Superintending Engineers & Chief Engineers. Conducted 4 sessions in year 2010-11Completed two (2) consulting assignments i.e." feasibility report" for Foreign Clients who are finding out the possibility to enter in Indian Market.
