I have earned a Ph.D. in Management from Barkatullah University in Bhopal on the topic "Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement in Selected Private Higher Educational Institutions of Madhya Pradesh." I hold a Master of Business Administration and an MA in English Literature, as well as a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Commerce. I am affiliated with the JLU Faculty of Management and Commerce, for teaching Human Resource Management disciplines and work with ICM.Ai and OHBI lab in Riyadh, two of the country's leading enterprises in terms of developing organizational tools and improving organizational health and culture.To highlight my research contribution, I have recently published a paper entitled “Organizational Health Behavior Index, A Tool for Assessing Organizational Health” publication in MDPI, Sustainability 2023, Volume 15, Issue 18, 13650, and a research paper entitled "Mediating Role of Mindfulness and Self-Efficacy in the Relation between Transformational Leadership and Healthcare Nurses Job Satisfaction published in a book series, Study in Systems, Decision and Control under Springer Nature. (978-3-031-42085-6). Before this, I also published in Work Engagement: A Comparative Study of Bank, Education and Health Professionals in Psychology and Educational Journal, vol 58.
