Experienced civil engineer with more than 21 years of experience teaching, research, and design consultancy in the Civil, Structural & Geotechnical Engineering. Deep expertise in geotechnical analysis, shallow and pile foundation design, mechanically stabilized reinforced embankment and retaining walls. Extensive consultancy/technical review experience in bridge foundation, & building foundations in difficult soil condition, slope stabilization, preparation of technical reports, construction of foundations, earth-retaining structures, landfill liners, & ground improvement techniques. Has an interest in geotechnical field tests, laboratory investigations, borehole data interpretation, offshore geotechnics & centrifuge modelling, and learning new technologies. Published and peer reviewed many research papers in ASCE, ASTM, and Springer journals and an active reviewer of ASCE’s International Journal of Geomechanics.
