Dr. Rajeev Mathur is Director of Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan since March 2021. Prior to this he was a Professor and Principal at Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology, Jodhpur where he taught computer science from 1991 to 2021.He obtained his BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology and after completing MTech. he doctorate from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur making pivotal contribution in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). He teaches a variety of courses to UG, PG & Doctoral students including Numerical methods, Machine language, Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence. A total of eleven students have done PhD under his guidance. He has consulted with several government and private organizations. He is a recipient of various national and international awards and has published more than 50 research papers in refereed journals. He has also published a books and chaired/presented papers in various national/ international conferences. His current areas of research include water marking, pattern matching and machine learning.Dr Mathur loves yoga, cycling, reading, and is a connoisseur of music.
