I have supervised a number of postgraduate and graduate research students in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and drug design. I have more than 60 research and review papers in reputed SCI and Scopus-indexed journals. My highest interest is in the field of drug design and synthetic chemistry. I have a passion and aim to synthesize some molecules for human health care in my life. I like motivating & encouraging people who actually need guidance, and support. I enjoy boosting people to realize their highest potential by sharing my true learning and experience. I have learned true leadership from many beautiful human interactions (even the smallest ones) and tried my best to support them (from the bottom of my heart) when they were actually in need.
